Label boss Goeran Meyer returns to MYR with his “Blue Glasses” EP, featuring two euphoric cuts.
Since its launch in 2016, independent Germany based imprint MYR has continually developed and dived into the deeper territories of house music, crafting its own space with releases from Oldrich Sic Jr., Ivo Deutschmann, Manuel Rodriguez and more. Next up, label founder Goeran Meyer returns to home turf with an EP that perfectly showcases the label's hypnotic musical direction.
“Blue Glasses” opens with echoed synths, haunting vocals and syncopated rhythms which offer up a driving and emotive lead cut, before “Light Glasses” heats up with tight hats and digitalised samples amongst flowing pads and rumbling bass — showcasing Goeran's ability to captivate the listener and keep the beat rolling.
